Privacy Policy

Who I am

Your Hours Back is a DBA of Prosperity Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this policy, "I," "me," and "my" mean Prosperity Labs LLC and the people acting for it. Contact: hey@yourhoursback.com.

What I collect

Information from public sources (outreach)

Before I contact a creator, I look at information they have made public: name, social media handle (for example, on Instagram), public business email address, the content they post, public comments on that content, follower and engagement counts, and what they currently sell. I may also get a public business email address from a business contact data provider. I use this only to decide whether a partnership could be a fit and to write a relevant first message.

Information you give me

When you reply to me, book a Creator Opportunity Review, or fill in a questionnaire, I collect what you share: your name, email address, time zone, your answers, and anything you tell me about your audience, content, offers, and goals. If you choose to share audience analytics or sales figures, I collect those too.

Call recordings and transcripts

I may record or transcribe calls so I can keep accurate notes, but only if you agree at the start of the call. If you say no, I don't record. Recordings or transcripts may be made with the video tool we use (such as Google Meet), an AI note-taking tool, or my phone's built-in call recorder.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, my web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. I don't use advertising trackers on this site. The booking calendar on my homepage is provided by TidyCal, which may set its own cookies when it loads; see TidyCal's privacy policy for details. Apart from that calendar, I don't allow third parties to collect information about your activity over time and across other websites through this site.

How I use it

• To decide whether to contact a creator, and to write a relevant message
• To follow up a small number of times if you haven't replied, unless you ask me to stop
• To schedule and run your Creator Opportunity Review and prepare for it
• To plan, build, and run a product with creators who sign a partnership agreement
• To keep records the law requires, and to protect my legal rights

I do not sell your personal information, and I do not use it for targeted advertising or share it for that purpose.

Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)

If you are in the UK or the European Union, I process your information because I have a legitimate interest in contacting creators about possible business partnerships and in running the calls you book; because you asked me to take steps before entering an agreement; to perform an agreement we have signed; or, for call recordings, because you gave your consent. You can withdraw consent or object at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Who I share it with

I share information only with service providers that help me run this business, and only what they need to do their job. These include my scheduling tool (TidyCal), my email, calendar, video, and file tools (Google), my email sending and lead data tools, the social media platforms I use to message creators (such as Instagram), AI note-taking or transcription tools, and, for signed partnerships, the payment platform used to sell the product (such as Whop). I may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect my legal rights.

If you don't want to hear from me

Reply to any message with "stop" or "unsubscribe," or email hey@yourhoursback.com, and I will stop contacting you. I keep a short record of your email address or handle on a do-not-contact list so I don't contact you again by mistake.

How long I keep it

• Outreach information: I generally delete it within about 12 months of my last message if we don't start working together. Do-not-contact records are kept for as long as needed to honor your request.
• Call recordings and transcripts: I generally delete them within about 12 months of the call unless we sign a partnership agreement.
• Partnership records: kept for as long as the agreement requires and the law requires for business and tax records.

In general, I delete or anonymize personal information when it is no longer reasonably needed for the purposes in this policy, subject to legal, security, recordkeeping, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution needs. Copies in backups or in my service providers' systems may last longer until they are routinely overwritten or removed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and ask me to stop using it. Email hey@yourhoursback.com. I aim to respond within 30 days. If I need more time, or need to confirm your identity first, I'll tell you. Some information may have to be kept where the law requires it. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive a copy of your information in a portable format, and to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).

Where your information is stored

I am based in the United States, and my service providers mainly store data in the United States. If you are outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

Security

I use reputable providers, strong passwords, and two-factor sign-in where available. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Age

This site and my services are for adults aged 18 or over. I do not knowingly contact or collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If I make material changes, I will update the "Last updated" date above.

Terms of Service

Who these terms apply to

These terms cover your use of yourhoursback.com and any call you book with Your Hours Back, a DBA of Prosperity Labs LLC. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to these terms.

The Creator Opportunity Review

The Creator Opportunity Review is a free 20-minute call. There is no cost and no obligation to buy or sign anything before, during, or after it. I may decline or reschedule a booking, and I may change or stop offering the review at any time.

Partnerships

Nothing on this site or said on a call is an offer, a promise of a partnership, or a binding agreement. A partnership, including the revenue split, ownership, responsibilities, and how either of us can end it, exists only under a separate written agreement signed by both of us. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.

If we pursue a partnership, that written agreement controls our rights and obligations for any new products, content, customer data, funnels, Whop accounts, usage rights, revenue share, termination, non-circumvention, and other partnership-specific matters. These public terms do not replace or decide those terms.

No guarantees

I share my honest assessment based on what I can see and what you tell me. I do not guarantee any level of sales, income, audience growth, or other result. Results depend on many things outside my control, including your audience, your content, the market, and the decisions you make. You are responsible for your own business decisions.

Your content and information

Your existing brand, audience, content, trademarks, and other intellectual property remain yours, subject to any rights you separately grant in a written agreement. I treat non-public information you share with me (such as revenue figures or analytics) as confidential and use it only to assess and plan a possible partnership. Prosperity Labs LLC and Your Hours Back keep ownership of their pre-existing systems, templates, processes, tools, and general know-how, except for any rights expressly granted in a separate written agreement.

Recording

Calls are recorded or transcribed only if you agree at the start of the call. See the Privacy Policy above.

Site content

The text, structure, and design of yourhoursback.com belong to Prosperity Labs LLC. Please don't copy or republish them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Prosperity Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or a free call. For the free review, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me for it, which is zero. Liability under a signed partnership agreement is governed by that agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

I may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will show when.
