I build and operate the offer
If the opportunity is real, I help develop the product and take responsibility for the offer structure, launch process, follow-up, and sales system. You approve the key decisions, contribute your expertise, and keep creating.

I'm Chaim Stein. I spent 18+ years in IT at Disney and MGM Resorts, where I learned how to understand complex systems, find the bottleneck, and make them work reliably. I've also built an Amazon product business that sold close to $250,000, and I'm a published writer and inventor.

Do I have to change how I create?
You do not need to abandon your current content or become a full-time marketer. You may need to create some launch-specific content or communicate the offer to your audience, but I handle the commercial system behind it.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No formal preparation is required. It helps if you can point me toward your main platforms, existing products, and the questions your audience asks most often.
Who owns the product?
You retain ownership of your existing brand, audience, content, and intellectual property. Before work begins, we agree in writing on ownership and usage rights for anything created together, including the product, content, customer data, funnels, and operating assets. I also retain my pre-existing systems, templates, and know-how. Nothing starts until those terms are clear.
How long does it take to build?
The timeline depends on the product, the validation results, and your availability. We start by testing the opportunity before investing in the full build. If demand is confirmed, we agree the product, responsibilities, and timeline before moving forward.
